Effects of acrylamide on the properties of methacrylic acid-acrylate emulsion demulsifier

摘要:

采用乳液聚合的方法合成了含有不同丙烯酰胺(AM)投加量的甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯乳液型破乳剂。为考察AM对破乳剂性能的影响,通过使用离心法测量了乳液的乳胶粒尺寸分布,结果表明,投加AM的乳液,其乳胶粒平均直径要更大;对破乳性能的考察实验结果表明,AM的引入可有效提高破乳剂的破乳速度,同时对破乳效果也有一定的提高。

Abstract:

The methacrylic acid-acrylate emulsion type demulsifier with different amounts of acrylamide(AM) was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. In order to investigate the effect of AM on the performance of demulsifier,the latex particle size distribution of the emulsion was measured by centrifugation. The results showed that the emulsion with AM added had a larger average diameter of latex particles. The experimental results on the demulsifier performance showed that the introduction of AM could effectively improve the demulsification speed of the demulsifier,and also improve the demulsification effect to a certain extent.
