摘要:
聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)是一种线状有机高分子聚合物,因具有优良的水溶性、絮凝性和增稠性等,被广泛应用于污水处理、石油开采、造纸工业、矿物洗选等领域。PAM活性较高,通过交联、接枝反应可制得诸多衍生物。随着环保意识的提高,PAM系列产品在水处理领域的需求量不断增加。而复杂的应用场景对PAM标准化工作提出了更高的要求。利用全国标准信息公共服务平台,对我国PAM材料标准的制修订情况进行检索统计,包括国家标准、行业标准和团体标准,对PAM标准体系存在的问题进行系统分析与讨论,探讨了未来PAM标准化的工作思路,并建议进一步重视标准体系化建设,以推动PAM材料实现更广泛的应用。

Abstract:
Polyacrylamide(PAM) is a linear organic polymer, which is widely used in wastewater treatment, oil exploitation, paper industry, mineral washing and other fields because of its excellent water solubility, flocculation and thickening properties. PAM has high activity, and many derivatives can be produced through cross-linking and grafting reactions. With the improvement of environmental awareness, demand of PAM products in the field of water treatment is increasing. The complex application scenarios have put forward higher requirements for PAM standardization. Using national public service platform for standard information, the formulation and revision situation of PAM material standards in China including national standards, industry standards and group standards were searched and analyzed. The problems of PAM standard system were systematically analyzed and discussed, and the future ideas of PAM standardization were discussed. It was suggested that more attention should be paid to the construction of standardization system to promote the wider application of PAM materials.
