摘要:
在新的地方标准实施背景下对夹江城市污水处理厂面临的问题进行分析,介绍了污水处理厂的提标改造情况。根据进水水质及原有CASS工艺的运行状况,确定了提标改造的技术难点为总氮的去除。将原有CASS工艺改造为改进型Bardenpho工艺,改善反硝化效果,同时增加深床反硝化滤池作为深度处理工艺,进一步保障脱氮效果。实践结果表明,该工艺运行状况良好,出水水质稳定,对TN、SS、TP、COD、NH3-N、BOD5的去除率可分别达到77.2%、91.7%、91.2%、90.4%、95.1%、93.2%,水质符合《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》(DB 51/2311—2016)的排放标准要求。提标改造工程显著削减了对青衣江的污染负荷,可为出水TN要求严格地区的污水处理厂的新建或改造工程提供参考。

Abstract:
In the context of the implementation of new local standards, the problems faced by the urban sewage treatment plant in Jiajiang were analyzed. And upgradation and reconstruction of the plant were introduced. According to influent quality and operation status of original CASS process, it was determined that technical difficulty of the upgradation was TN removal. Original CASS process was transformed into an improved Bardenpho process to enhance denitrification effect, and a deep treatment process such as deep bed denitrification filter was added to further ensure nitrogen removal effect. The practical results indicated that the process worked well. The removal rates of TN, SS, TP, COD, NH3-N and BOD5 reached 77.2%, 91.7%, 91.2%, 90.4%, 95.1% and 93.2%, respectively, and the effluent quality could steadily meet the emission requirements of Minjiang River and Tuojiang River Basin Water Pollution Discharge Standards of Sichuan Province(DB 51/2311—2016). The upgradation and reconstruction project had significantly reduced pollution load of the Qingyijiang River. This project provides a reference for construction or renovation of sewage treatment plants in areas where effluent quality of TN is strictly required.
