大麻脱胶废水处理工程提质改造及效果研究

Upgrading reconstruction and treatment effect of hemp degumming wastewater treatment facility

摘要:

随着排放标准的提高,某企业的大麻脱胶废水处理工程需进行提质改造。原工程经过一次改扩建后运行至今,主体工艺为厌氧处理—好氧处理—气浮,其中厌氧、好氧处理的水力停留时间(HRT)分别为12.2、39.7 h。前期运行发现,因厌氧处理HRT不足,COD去除率不高。提质工程在原厌氧生物滤池之后增设了上流式厌氧过滤床,将厌氧处理的HRT延长至32.2 h,充分发挥了厌氧处理能力。COD的去除方式由原来的好氧处理为主转化为厌氧处理为主,同时生物处理对可生化降解有机物的去除更为彻底。厌氧处理对COD的去除率由提质改造前的26.29%提高到56.55%,生物处理对COD的总去除率由76.65%提高到85.05%。正式投产运行8个月后,工程出水水质稳定,达到最新排放标准要求。

Abstract:

A hemp degumming wastewater treatment facility of a textile enterprise needed to be upgraded and reconstructed to meet improved discharge standard. The main part of the project, which had been reconstructed, extended and put into operation since then, is anaerobic treatment-aerobic treatment-air flotation. The hydraulic retention time (HRT) of the anaerobic and aerobic treatment are 12.2 h and 39.7 h, respectively. However, the designed HRT of anaerobic treatment was insufficient in view of the low COD removal rate. An upflow anaerobic filter was added downstream of the existing anaerobic filter as upgrading measure to fully take the advantage of the anaerobic function. Therefore, the overall HRT of the anaerobic treatment was prolonged to 32.2 h. Consequently, the main contributor of COD removal was shifted from the original aerobic treatment to anaerobic treatment. Meanwhile, the biological treatment removed biodegradable organic matter more thoroughly than before. The removal rate of COD by anaerobic treatment improved from 26.29% to 56.55% and the total removal rate by biological treatment improved from 76.65% to 85.05%. The effluent water quality stably meets the improved discharge standard during eight months regular operation.
