苎麻脱胶废水处理工程改扩建设计

摘要:

生产规模扩大,废水排放量增加,原有苎麻脱胶废水处理工程需要改扩建。设计重点强化了生物处理的作用,具体措施包括:采用生物膜和活性污泥共同起作用的复合生物处理法,并且分级、分段运行。投产后出水满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)二级排放标准的要求,通过了环保部门验收。

Abstract:

Since the production scale has been expanded,and the wastewater discharge flowrate increased,the existing wastewater treatment project has to be reconstructed and extended. The effect of biological treatment is emphasized in the design and the practical measures include:using bio-film together with active sludge as compounded biological treatment method,meanwhile the biological treatment includes sectional and piecewise stages. After it is put into operation,the effluent can meet the requirements of second class of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996) and passes the acceptance check given by the envionmental protection department.
