聚丙烯酸酯反相破乳剂的制备及其现场应用研究

Preparation and application of polyacrylate reversed demulsifier

摘要:

本研究以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,利用乳液聚合法,合成了一种丙烯酸酯共聚物类反相破乳剂BH-532,并研究了其处理海上油田采出液的除油能力。结果表明,当破乳剂投加量达到30 mg/L时,除油率达96.4%。在海上油田开展现场应用实验,结果表明,一级分离器(V-2140)出口、撇油器入口、撇油器出口、浮选器出口水质平均含油质量浓度分别降低了21.8%、27.8%、31.4%、36.4%,排海水质稳定且满足排放标准。

Abstract:

Polyacrylate reversed demulsifier BH-532 was synthesized via emulsion polymerization method by using St, EA, MAA and AM as raw materials. Then it was used to remove oil in the production fluid of offshore oilfield. The results showed that the oil removal rate reached 96.4% when the concentration of demulsifier was up to 30 mg/L. The field results in offshore oilfield showed the average O/W of outlet V-2140, inlet skimmer, outlet skimmer and outlet floatation decreased by 21.8%, 27.8%, 31.4% and 36.4%, respectively. At the same time, the discharge water quality was stable and met the discharge standards.
