摘要:

DSD酸是一种重要的染料中间体,还原段DSD酸生产废水属于难治理的工业废水。选用硫酸铝和聚丙烯酰胺的混凝剂组合对该废水进行预处理。研究表明,在混凝剂硫酸铝投加量100mg/L,助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺投加量10mg/L,快速搅拌1min,慢速搅拌15min,pH为6.5~7.5,温度为50℃的工况条件下,CODCr、色度去除率分别达36%和34%,有效地降低了后续生化工艺的处理难度。

Abstract:

Wastewater from deoxidation section of DSD acid production is a kind of dyeing intermediate and belongs to refractory industrial wastewter. Aluminum sulfate and polyacrylamide are used as coagulants and aid coagulants to pretreatment this wastewater. The study shows that , under conditions of AS dosage of 100 mg/L, PAM dosage of 10 mg/L, quickly stirring time 1 min, slowly stirring time 15 min, pH 6.5 - 7.5, 50 ℃, the CODCr removal rate and decoloration rate are up to 36% and 34% respectively. As a result, the treatment difficulties in following processes are reduced effectively.
