鲁奇炉渣在废水净化中的应用研究

摘要:

对鲁奇(Lurgi)法气化工艺中产生的大量炉渣及煤气废水的综合治理进行了研究。结果表明,在模拟工业实验条件下,炉渣对苯酚的吸附符合Langmuir等温式,炉渣直接处理煤气废水,对酚、COD的去除率分别达到71.2%、41.9%。该工艺过程简单、经济,吸附有机物后的炉渣可作为循环流化床锅炉的燃料,无二次污染问题。

Abstract:

The comprehensive treatment of slag and coal gas wastewater resulted from Lurgi gasfication process have been studied. Under analog industrial experiment conditions, the adsorption of the phenol by slag conforms to Langmuir isothermal equation. The removal rates of phenol and COD are 71.2% and 41.9% respectively when slag is used directly in the treatment of coal gas wastewater. This process is simple and economic. After adsorbing organisms, the slag can be used as fuel in the circulating fluidized-bed boiler without second pollution.
