摘要:
将钛白粉生产过程中产生的质量分数18%~25%的废酸(硫酸)蒸发浓缩,得到一水硫酸亚铁和质量分数约55%的浓缩废酸,分析表明,一水硫酸亚铁平均产率为17.33%,内含Pb、Zn、Hg、Cr、Ni等杂质。将一水硫酸亚铁除杂处理后,通过氧化、水解、聚合等反应制备聚合硫酸铁高分子混凝剂,工艺研究结果表明,当氧化剂H2O2投加量为理论量的1.5倍、酸铁比在0.2~0.35之间时,所得终产品PFS溶液中Fe2+质量分数低于0.1%,总铁质量分数为11.12%,pH=1.6,盐基度为14.5%,密度为1.48 g/cm3,不溶物≤0.1%,其他金属离子浓度均较低,满足《水处理剂 聚合硫酸铁》(GB/T 14591—2016)中合格品标准。

Abstract:
During the production process of titanium dioxide, waste acid (sulfuric acid) with mass fraction of 18%-25% is generated. The waste acid was evaporated and concentrated to obtain ferrous sulfate monohydrate and concentrated waste acid with a mass fraction of about 55%. Analysis showed that the average yield of ferrous sulfate monohydrate was 17.33%, containing impurities such as Pb, Zn, Hg, Cr, Ni, etc. After removing impurities from ferrous sulfate monohydrate, polymeric ferric sulfate polymer coagulant solution was prepared through oxidation, hydrolysis, polymerization and other reactions. The results of process research showed that when the dosage of oxidant H2O2 was 1.5 times of the theoretical dosage and the acid iron ratio was between 0.2 and 0.35, the final product PFS solution had a Fe2+ mass fraction of less than 0.1%, a total iron mass fraction of 11.12%, pH=1.6, a basicity of 14.5%, a density of 1.48 g/cm3, insoluble matter content less than 0.1%, and other metal ion concentrations were low, which met the qualified product standards of Water Treatment Chemicals-Poly Ferric Sulfate (GB/T 14591-2016).
