Research on preparation and coagulation performance of PFS-CS composite coagulant

摘要:

制备了聚合硫酸铁-阳离子改性淀粉(PFS-CS)复合混凝剂,并以普拉红B模拟染色废水为研究对象,考察了m(PFS):m(CS)、熟化时间及混凝pH对复合混凝剂混凝性能的影响。结果表明,最佳制备条件:熟化时间4 h,m(PFS):m(CS)=50:1。在最佳制备条件下,当PFS-CS投加量为5 mL,混凝时间为20 min,pH为10时,色度与COD去除率分别为96.84%、75.85%。与聚丙烯酰胺相比,在相同的混凝条件下,PFS-CS复合混凝剂的处理效果更好。

Abstract:

Polyferric sulfate-cationic modified starch(PFS-CS) composite coagulant was prepared, and used to treat Oprah Red B simulated dyeing wastewater. Then the effects of m(PFS):m(CS), curing time, and coagulation pH on coagulation performance of the composite coagulant were investigated. The results showed the optimal preparation conditions were as follows:curing time 4 h, m(PFS):m(CS) was 50:1. Under the optimum preparation condition, when the PFS-CS dosage was 5 mL, the coagulation time was 20 min and the pH was 10, the chroma and COD removal rates were 96.84% and 75.85%, respectively. Compared with polyacrylamide, PFS-CS composite coagulant had better treatment effect under the same coagulation condition.
