摘要：

为有效解决农村污水乱排和污水水质难以达标的问题，采用两级A²/O+磁混凝工艺处理安徽省某村50 t/d的生活污水。介绍了工程背景、工艺流程、构筑物设计、设备运行效果、工程投资和运行成本。运行结果表明，进水量平均达到46.1 t/d，出水COD、氨氮、TN、TP、SS分别降低至36.8、4.2、12.5、0.21、3.3 mg/L，去除率分别达到88.6%、86.1%、71%、95.9%、97.9%，出水水质指标均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB 18918—2002）一级A排放标准。总建设费用为154.9万元，运行成本为1.196元/m³。临近节假日会导致农村生活污水水量变多、水质变差，但该处理系统抗冲击负荷能力强，对农村生活污水的处理效果良好，其中对TP和SS的去除效果尤为显著，并且出水保持相对稳定达标的状态。

Abstract:

In order to effectively solve the problem of disorderly discharge of rural domestic sewage and the worse sewage quality below the standard，a two-stage A²/O and magnetic coagulation process were used to treat 50 t/d domestic sewage from a village in Anhui Province. The project background，process flow，structure design，equipment operation effect，project investment and operation cost were introduced. The operation results showed that the mass concentrations of COD，ammonia nitrogen，TN，TP and SS in the effluent were reduced to 36.8，4.2，12.5，0.21 and 3.3 mg/L respectively，and the removal rates were 88.6%、86.1%、71%、95.9% and 97.9% respectively. The effluent quality indexes met the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant（GB 18918—2002）. The total construction cost was 1.549 million yuan，and the operation cost was 1.196 yuan/m³. The adjacent holidays will lead to more water volume and worse water quality of rural domestic sewage. However，the treatment system had strong resistance to impact load，and had good treatment effect on rural domestic sewage，in which TP and SS removal effects were particularly significant，and the effluent was relatively stable and up to standard.
