焦化废水处理工程实例分析

摘要:

焦化废水属于典型的高氨氮难降解有毒有害工业废水,其对传统生物处理工艺和深度处理工艺都提出了很高的挑战。以某焦化废水处理站为实例,介绍了焦化废水的水质特点、工艺流程、构筑物参数和设备选型,分析了运行效果、出水水质以及运营成本。工程实际运行效果表明,采用预处理-两级A/O-磁混凝沉淀-多相催化臭氧氧化的工艺路线对焦化废水进行处理,废水COD、氨氮和总氮的去除率分别为98.4%、98.6%和88.5%,出水的COD≤80 mg/L,氨氮≤10 mg/L,总氮≤20 mg/L,达到或优于《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171—2012)的新建企业直接排放标准。磁混凝沉淀+多相催化臭氧氧化的深度处理组合工艺有效提高了生化出水中难降解有机物的去除效果,对同行业的废水处理具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

Coking wastewater is a typically refractory and toxic industrial wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen. And it poses a high challenge to both traditional biological treatment processes and advanced treatment processes. Taking a coking wastewater treatment station as an example,this paper introduced the coking wastewater quality characteristics,technological process,structure parameters,equipment selection,and analyzed the operation effect,effluent water quality and operating cost. The combined process of pretreatment-two stage A/O-magnetic coagulation precipitation-heterogeneous catalytic ozonation was adopted. The actual operation effect showed that the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were 98.4%,98.6% and 88.5%,respectively. The effluent COD≤80 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤10 mg/L,total nitrogen≤20 mg/L. The final effluent met/was better than the direct discharge requirements of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry(GB 16171—2012) for new enterprise. The advanced treatment combined process of magnetic coagulation precipitation+heterogeneous catalytic ozonation effectively improved the removal effect of refractory organics in biochemical effluent which had certain guiding significance for wastewater treatment in the same industry.
