焦化废水处理工艺流程设计探索

摘要:

为应对焦化废水不再用于熄焦补充水,在考察焦化项目并结合文献研究的基础上,提出焦化废水处理后直接排放工艺流程和间接排放工艺流程。间接排放采用“预处理—水解酸化—A/O生化—二沉池—活性炭加载高效沉淀池”的流程,可应用于原位提标升级改造,具有投入资金少、改造工期短、出水指标提升效果显著的特点;直接排放采用“预处理—水解酸化—A/O生化—二沉池—高效沉淀池—臭氧催化氧化—A/O生化—高效沉淀池”的流程,可应用于改扩建、新建项目,具有出水水质稳定、难降解有机物去除彻底的特点。对两种工艺流程设计的关键点和间接排放工艺流程的工程应用案例进行简要介绍,并根据工程应用中出现的问题提出“精细化运行管控”的建议。

Abstract:

In order to cope with the coking wastewater no longer being used as spray water for quenching coke, the indirect discharge process and indirect discharge process of coking wastewater treatment were proposed based on the investigation of coking projects and literature research. The direct discharge process was “pretreatment-hydrolytic acidification-A/O-secondary settling tank-activated carbon loading high-efficiency sedimentation tank”, which could be applied to in-situ upgrading, and had the characteristics of less investment, renovation period and remarkable improvement of effluent. The direct discharge process was “pretreatment-hydrolytic acidification-A/O-secondary settling tank-high efficiency settling tank-ozone catalytic oxidation-A/O-high efficiency settling tank”, which could be applied to reconstruction, expansion and new construction projects, with the characteristics of stable effluent quality and complete removal of refractory organic matter. In this paper, the key design points of the two processes and the industrial application cases of the indirect emission process were briefly introduced, and the suggestions of “fine operation and control” were put forward according to the problems in the industrial application.
