焦化废水含氮污染物分析与控制研究进展

摘要:

焦化废水是一类典型的难降解工业废水,在目前焦化产能置换浪潮下,焦化废水总氮达标处理已成为行业普遍关注问题。焦化废水中含氮污染物种类较多,这导致了其生化降解处理过程的复杂性。基于此,对目前焦化废水处理中普遍应用的AO/AAO工艺、OAO工艺、AOAO及其变型工艺、OHO工艺和反硝化滤池等脱氮工艺及新型技术、设备的应用进行了分析,在此基础上进一步阐述了影响焦化废水脱氮效果的几个重要因素,主要包括毒性抑制成分、总氮成分、原水碳氮比,最后指出焦化废水脱氮技术可以从优化和合理分配原水碳源、强化硝化、增加深度反硝化和采用新型脱氮技术等几方面进行改良,以期为焦化废水总氮达标排放工艺的选择优化提供参考。

Abstract:

Coking wastewater is a kind of typical refractory industrial wastewater. Under the current wave of coking capacity replacement,the standards process of total nitrogen in coking wastewater has become a common concern in the industry. There are many kinds of nitrogen-containing pollutants in coking wastewater,which leads to the complexity of biochemical degradation treatment. Based on this,the application of AO/AAO,OAO,AOAO and its variant process,OHO process,denitrification filter and other denitrification processes and new technologies and equipment,which were widely used in the coking wastewater treatment at present,were analyzed. Several important factors affecting the denitrification effect of coking wastewater were further elaborated,mainly including toxicity inhibitory components,total nitrogen components,and the ratio of C/N in raw water. Finally,it was pointed out that the denitrification technology of coking wastewater could be improved from the aspects of optimizing and reasonably allocating the carbon source of raw water,strengthening nitrification,increasing deep denitrification and adopting new denitrification technology,which could provide reference for the selection and optimization of coking wastewater total nitrogen emission process.
