鲁奇炉煤化工废水处理工艺及运行效果

Process design and operational efficiency of the industrial wastewater treatment system in Lurgi gasifier coal plant

摘要: 研究介绍了新疆某煤化工企业污水处理厂的工艺流程、处理单元及其设计参数,分析评价了该污水处理厂的处理效果及出水指标,整体工艺流程对COD、氨氮、酚类的平均去除率分别为96.1%、99.3%、99.9%,出水平均COD、氨氮、酚类分别为59、0.84、0.28 mg/L,其中酚氨回收废水经处理后总氮的平均去除率达到82.5%,出水平均总氮为31 mg/L,除离子污染物外各项指标均优于《循环冷却水用再生水水质标准》(HG/T 3923—2007)中的水质标准要求。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the process,main structures and design parameters of the industrial wastewater treatment in a coal plant in Xinjiang. The treatment effect and wastewater effluent were evaluated. The average removal rates of COD,NH3-N,phenols were 96.1%,99.3%,and 99.9%,respectively,and their average concentrations in the effluent was 59,0.84,and 0.28 mg/L. The average removal rate of TN after treatment of phenol-ammonia recovery wastewater was 82.5%,and its average concentration was 31 mg/L. The indexes except for ion pollutants were superior to the Standards in Reusing Wastewater Quality Standard for Industrial Circulating Cooling Water(HG/T 3923-2007).
