Coal chemical wastewater treatment by short-cut nitrogen removal process

摘要:

利用经过生物强化的短程硝化反硝化工艺处理煤化工废水中的总氮。当间歇曝气比为3、DO小于1.2 mg/L时,一段曝气结束的亚硝酸盐氮积累率在67%~88%,能够实现短程硝化。在水力停留时间为6 h的条件下,氨氮进水质量浓度和负荷分别为80 mg/L和0.34 kg/(m3·d)左右时,出水氨氮低于8 mg/L;总氮进水质量浓度和负荷分别为85 mg/L和0.33 kg/(m3·d)左右时,出水总氮低于40 mg/L。

Abstract:

The short-cut nitrification and denitrification process with biological enhancement was used to treat the TN in coal chemical wastewater. One case the ratio of intermittent aeration was 3 and DO was less than 1.2 mg/L, NO2--N accumulation was 67%-88% at the end of the first aeration, which achieved short-cut nitrification. Under the condition of hydraulic retention time of 6 h, the concentration and load of influent NH3-N reached about 80 mg/L and 0.34 kg/(m3·d), the effluent NH3-N concentration remained less than 8 mg/L. When the concentration and load of influent TN reached 85 mg/L and 0.33 kg/(m3·d), the effluent TN remained less than 40 mg/L.
