摘要:
河南某煤化工企业采用分质预处理和多种工艺组合方式深度处理煤化工废水,即采用水解酸化+UASB预处理乙二醇废水,两级破氰技术预处理煤气化废水,经预处理的废水与其他生产废水、生活污水混合后采用A/O生化处理;对生化出水、循环排污水和除盐排污水的混合水采用臭氧氧化+曝气生物滤池(BAF)组合工艺深度处理。结果表明,最终出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级标准和《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的一级A标准。

Abstract:
The way of respective pretreatment and a variety of craft combination was used by a coal chemical enterprise in Henan to dispose profoundly coal chemical wastewater, namely the pretreatment of glycol wastewater by hydrolysis acidification+UASB, and the pretreatment of coal gasification wastewater by two-stage cyanide removal technology, then the pretreated wastewater was mixed with other production wastewater and domestic sewage for A/O biochemical treatment. And the biochemical effluent, circulating sewage and desalting sewage were disposed further by ozonation+biological aerated filter(BAF) combined process. The results showed that the quality of final effluent water met the first-level standard of Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996) and the first-class A standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
