摘要:

针对维生素C生产废水COD高、盐度高、色度高、可生化性差等特点,经过MVR预处理后,采用中温UASB厌氧反应器和HTO好氧工艺处理该废水。结果表明,UASB反应器在温度为(35±2)℃,pH为6~9,COD容积负荷为4.5~6 kg/(m3·d)时,COD去除率达84%以上;HTO好氧反应器在COD容积负荷为0.68 kg/(m3·d),氨氮容积负荷为0.12 kg/(m3·d)时,COD、NH3-N去除率分别在85%、90%以上。最终处理出水可达CJ 343-2010的C级排放标准。

Abstract:

In view of the characteristics of high COD, high salinity, high chroma and poor biodegradability of wastewater from the production of vitamin C, the wastewater was treated by the UASB anaerobic reactor and the HTO aerobic process after the MVR pretreatment. The results showed that COD removal rate was above 84% under the conditions of temperature of UASB reactor controlled at (35±2)℃, pH as 6-9 and COD volume load was 4.5-6 kg/(m3·d). When the COD volume load was 0.68 kg/(m3·d)and the ammonia nitrogen volume load was 0.12 kg/(m3·d), HTO aerobic reactors had COD and NH3-N removal rates of above 85% and 90%, respectively. The final treated sewage met the C level discharge standard of CJ 343-2010.
