多级膜法+混床工艺处理砂轮厂含镍废水工程应用

摘要: 采用多级膜法+混床工艺处理某砂轮厂含镍废水并回用,工程运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果良好,回用水水质稳定,总镍未检出,电导率<20 μS/cm,水质优于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006),满足厂方回用于工艺生产的要求,中水回用率达到100%,基本实现了废水的零排放目标。

Abstract: The combined process of multi-stage membrane method and the mixed bed was used to treat and reuse the nickel-containing wastewater in the grinding wheel plant. The actual operating results of the project show that the process has good treatment effect,the quality of the recycled water is stable,the total nickel is not detected,the conductivity is lower than 20 μS/cm,and the water quality is better than the Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water(GB 5749-2006),meeting the requirements of the factors. The water reuse rate reached 100%,and the zero discharge target of wastewater was basically achieved.
