A/O-改良人工湿地组合工艺处理农村生活污水研究

摘要:

以江苏省泰州市某自然村农村生活污水为处理对象,采用硫铁矿/颗粒碳复合基质作为人工湿地填料,构建改良型人工湿地,研究A/O-改良人工湿地组合工艺对农村生活污水的处理效果。结果表明,当系统经调试运行稳定后,污水中COD、NH3-N、TN、TP的总去除率分别为83%、86%、83%、85%左右,出水质量浓度分别为30.1、3.9、11.8、0.48 mg/L,出水水质指标均达到GB 18918—2002一级A标准,并且A/O工艺对COD和NH3-N去除效果更好,改良人工湿地工艺对TN和TP去除效果更好。经济效益分析表明,项目总建设费用约为333 700元,运行费用约为0.83元/m3,综合成本较低。该组合工艺抗冲击负荷能力较强,运行稳定且运行费用较低,可为其他农村生活污水处理项目提供参考。

Abstract:

Taking the domestic sewage of a natural village in Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province as the treatment object,an improved constructed wetland was constructed by using composite matrix of pyrite and granular carbon as the filler of the constructed wetland,and the treatment effect of A/O-improved constructed wetland combined process on rural domestic sewage was studied. The operation results showed that,after debugging,the system could operate stably,the total removal rates of COD,NH3-N,TN and TP in the sewage were about 83%,86%,83% and 85% ,and the effluent mass concentrations were 30.1,3.9,11.8,0.48 mg/L,respectively. The effluent quality indicators all met the first-level A standard of GB 18918-2002. The A/O process had better removal effects on COD and NH3-N,and the improved constructed wetland process had better removal effects on TN and TP. The economic benefit analysis showed that the total construction cost of the project was about 333 700 yuan,and the operation cost was about 0.83 yuan/m3,which was a low comprehensive cost. The combined process had great shock-load resistance,operated stably and the operation cost was lower,which could provide reference for other rural domestic sewage treatment projects.
