含硝基苯废水处理中试研究

Pilot study of treatment on nitrobenzene wastewater

以某化工厂TDI装置区排放的酸性凝液废水、红水、氢化水及清洁生产下水等混合废水为研究对象,采用预处理+Fenton反应器+厌氧水解反应器+两级A/O工艺路线,开展了中试研究。经过Fenton氧化后,混合废水中的硝基苯类、苯胺等污染物毒性降低,调节pH至中性后,出水进入厌氧水解酸化段处理,进一步提高废水的可生化性。考察了Fenton氧化段对CODCr、氨氮的去除效果,厌氧水解酸化段对CODCr的去除效果,两级A/O段对CODCr、氨氮、总氮及总磷的去除效果。中试装置运行情况表明,出水中CODCr < 60 mg/L、氨氮 < 20 mg/L、总氮 < 45 mg/L、总磷 < 1.0mg/L,完全能够满足园区管网纳管水质标准要求。同时,对中试装置运行中出现的问题进行讨论分析,对工程建设提出了建议。

Abstract:

Taking the mixed wastewater of acidic condensate wastewater, red water, hydrogenated water and clean production water discharged from TDI unit of a chemical plant as the research object, a pilot study was carried out by using pretreatment+Fenton reactor+anaerobic hydrolysis reactor+two-stage A/O process. Under Fenton oxidation, the toxicity of pollutants such as nitrobenzene and aniline in the mixed wastewater was reduced. After adjusting the pH to neutral, the effluent entered the anaerobic hydrolysis and acidification section to further improved the biodegradability of the wastewater. The removal rate of CODCr and ammonia nitrogen in Fenton oxidation stage, removal rate of CODCr in anaerobic hydrolysis and acidification stage, removal rates of CODCr, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in two-sage A/O stage were investigated. The operation of pilot plant showed that the effluent CODCr, NH3-N, TN and TP were less than 60 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 45 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L, which fully met the water quality standard requirements of the industrial park pipe network. In addition, the problems in the operation of the pilot plant were discussed and analyzed, and some suggestions for the construction of the project were put forward.
