摘要:
为提升火电厂含煤废水处理效果,提高系统运行稳定性,提出了一种基于化学混凝工艺的高效澄清技术,并在某火电厂进行了工程应用。通过烧杯试验和工程调试,考察了混凝药剂投加量、活性污泥回流比、排泥周期对系统运行效果的影响。研究结果表明,处理量为40 m3/h,凝聚剂PAC投加质量浓度为22 mg/L,助凝剂PAM投加质量浓度为1.6 mg/L,污泥回流比为4%~6%,排泥频率为累计进水35 m3排泥1次,单次排泥时间为18 min条件下,系统产水浊度可稳定保持在2.5 NTU以下,产水悬浮物小于10 mg/L,满足厂内冲洗水回用要求。运行成本分析表明,该技术单位水处理成本约为1.79元/m3,具有较好的经济性。

Abstract:
In order to improve the treatment effect of coal-containing wastewater in thermal power plant and the stability of system operation,a high-efficiency clarification technology based on chemical coagulation process was proposed and applied in a thermal power plant. On the basis of beaker test and engineering commissioning,the effects of coagulant dosage,activated sludge reflux ratio and sludge discharge period on the system operation were investigated. The research results showed that,the turbidity of the produced water of the system could be stably maintained below 2.5 NTU and the suspended matter was less than 10 mg/L under the conditions of 40 m3/h treatment capacity,22 mg/L coagulant PAC dosing mass concentration,2.0 mg/L coagulant aid (PAM) dosing mass concentration,4%-6% sludge return ratio,discharge sludge once every 35 m3 of accumulated water inflow and 18 min single sludge discharge time. It could met the requirements for the reuse of flushing water in the plant. The operation cost analysis showed that the unit water treatment cost was about 1.79 yuan/m3,which indicated that the technology had good economic efficiency.
