石灰混凝工艺自动排泥控制方式的研究

Research on the automatic control method of sludge discharge by lime coagulation process

摘要: 澄清池污泥浓度控制是石灰混凝工艺能否成功运行的关键因素,也是澄清池运行的难点。通过对某电厂澄清池排泥系统的实际情况研究,提出了采用污泥密度修正的方法对澄清池的排泥进行控制。运行结果表明,澄清池内污泥密度可维持在较窄区间范围内,澄清池运行效果良好,避免了因泥位过高或污泥浓度过低影响混凝澄清效果。

Abstract: The control of sludge concentration in clarifying basin is the key factor in the successful operation of lime coagulation process and also the difficult point in clarifier operation. By way of investigating the actual situation of the sludge discharge system of the clarifying basin,the method of sludge density modification is proposed to control the sludge discharge of clarifying basin. The operation result shows that the sludge density in the clarifying basin can be maintained within a relatively narrow range and the operation effect of the clarifying basin is good. Furthermore,the influence caused by excessively high sludge level or excessively low sludge concentration on coagulation clarification effect can be avoided.
