混凝强化型好氧颗粒污泥对Ni2+吸附性能及机理研究

摘要:

为强化好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)对重金属Ni2+的吸附效能,利用聚合氯化铝(PAC)和天然混凝剂(SNC)的特性培养形成混凝强化型AGS,并探究AGS对Ni2+的吸附性能及机理。结果表明:PAC型和SNC型AGS对Ni2+均具有良好的吸附性能且存在特异性,Ni2+质量浓度为0~25 mg/L时,PAC型AGS吸附效能较优;Ni2+质量浓度为100~150 mg/L时,SNC型AGS吸附性能较优。模型拟合结果表明:混凝强化型AGS对Ni2+的吸附以物理-化学吸附为主,对于吸附量及吸附速率,SNC型AGS均大于PAC型AGS。傅里叶红外变换光谱(FT-IR)结果表明,吸附过程中混凝强化型AGS存在大量羟基、羧基和氨基等基团与Ni2+吸附结合,实现了Ni2+的有效去除;同时,SNC能强化AGS中的官能团,提高吸附性能。

Abstract:

To strengthen the adsorption efficiency of heavy metal Ni2+ by aerobic granulated sludge(AGS),AGS was developed to explore the adsorption performance and mechanism of AGS to Ni2+ with the characteristics of poly aluminum chloride(PAC) and starch-based natural coagulant(SNC). The results showed that PAC and SNC-type AGS had good adsorption performance and specificity for Ni2+. PAC-type AGS had better adsorption efficiency when the concentration of Ni2+ was 0-25 mg/L. The adsorption capacity of SNC-type AGS was better at 100-150 mg/L. The model fitting results showed that the coagulation-enhanced type AGS mainly had physical-chemical adsorption on Ni2+,and the adsorption capacity and rate of SNC-type AGS were higher than PAC-type. FT-IR results showed that during the adsorption process,a large number of hydroxyl,carboxyl and amino groups were adsorbed and combined with Ni2+ in coagulation-enhanced AGS,achieving effective Ni2+ removal. Meanwhile,SNC could strengthen the functional groups in AGS and improve the adsorption performance.
