双引发反相乳液接枝共聚及其应用研究

Reversed phase emulsion dual initiators graft copolymerization and its applications

摘要:

通过对反相乳液淀粉接枝聚合理论的分析,以OP-10作乳化剂,Span-80强化乳化,复配协同制浆,无水亚硫酸钠和过硫酸铵作双联引发剂,分步恒温引发,制备了淀粉-丙烯酰胺(AM)-丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)三元高分子共聚物,研究分析了引发剂用量、反应温度和聚合时间对聚合反应作用机制的影响,用红外光谱对接枝共聚物的结构进行了表征研究。用制得的共聚物对细精煤进行絮凝沉降及过滤脱水试验和对城市难处理混合污水进行处理试验。研究结果表明,共聚反应的优化条件为:引发剂质量分数为0.15%,反应温度为35℃,反应时间为5 h。红外光谱表明该共聚物为接枝产物,具有理想的助滤、脱色及絮凝沉降效果。

Abstract:

By means of analyzing the theory of the starch graft copolymerization with reversed phase emulsion polymerization,using OP-10 as emulsifier, and Span-80 for strengthening emulsion, a copolymer of starch, acrylamide (AM) and acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DAC) has been prepared. In the course of copolymerization, anhydrous sodium sulfite and ammonium persulfate are used as dual initiators by stepping in the control of isothermal conditions. The effects of the dosage of initiators, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the mechanism of graft copolymerization reaction are discussed. The product is measured by IR to identify the construction of graft copolymer. The copolymer is used in experiments of fine clean coal flocculation sedimentation and filtration dewatering, and urban refractory mixed sewage is treated by the copolymer. The results show that the optimal conditions are as follows: the dosage of initiator=0.15%, reaction temperature=35 ℃ and reaction time=5 h. The graft copolymer proved by IR shows excellent properties in filtration aiding, decolorizing and flocculating settling.
