餐厨垃圾沼液的超滤膜错流过滤数学模型

Mathematical model of ultrafiltration membrane cross flow filtration of kitchen waste biogas slurry

以餐厨垃圾厌氧消化沼液为过滤介质,膜孔径30 nm的管式超滤膜为膜组件,探究了超滤膜错流过滤中膜污染行为与膜通量的影响因素,结果表明:由于沼液中的混合液悬浮固体(MLSS)浓度极高,且膜孔径极小,引起膜污染的方式主要为污染物在膜表面形成滤饼层,过滤中的阻力主要来源于膜自身阻力与滤饼层阻力之和;在错流过滤中沼液的实际剪切黏度会随着其高速运动而降低,且趋于一定值(1×10-3 Pa·s),从而表现出黏度对膜通量无明显影响;跨膜压差与污泥浓度对膜通量有着决定性影响,所建立的膜通量数学模型预测值与实际值较吻合(R 2>0.99),以该模型计算得到的沼液膜通量范围为1.56×10-6~3.37×10-6 m3/(m2·s),平均膜通量为2.28×10-6 m3/(m2·s);对膜通量的影响因素做了灵敏度分析:当各工艺参数在0~50%变化时,膜通量各参数的灵敏度高低依次为ΔPμR m、MLSS;当各工艺参数在-50%~0变化时,膜通量各参数的灵敏度高低依次为μ、ΔPR m、MLSS。

Abstract:

Using anaerobic digested biogas slurry from kitchen waste as filter medium,and the tubular ultrafiltration membrane with a membrane aperture of 30 nm as the membrane module,this paper explored the influencing factors of membrane fouling behavior and membrane flux in cross flow ultrafiltration membrane filtration. The results showed that because the biogas slurry contained extremely high MLSS concentration and the membrane pore diameter was very small,the main way to cause membrane pollution was that pollutants form a filter cake layer on the membrane surface. The resistance in filtration mainly came from the sum of membrane resistance and filter cake resistance. In cross flow filtration,the actual shear viscosity of biogas slurry would decrease with its high-speed movement, and tended to a certain value (1×10-3 Pa·s),which showed that viscosity had no obvious effect on membrane flux. The transmembrane pressure difference and sludge concentration had a decisive influence on the membrane flux. The predicted value of the established mathematical model of membrane flux was in good agreement with the actual value(R 2>0.99). The range of membrane flux of biogas slurry calculated by the model was 1.56×10-6-3.37×10-6 m3/(m2·s),and the average membrane flux was 2.28×10-6 m3/(m2·s). The sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors of membrane flux is made:when the process parameters change at 0-50%,the sensitivity of the parameters of membrane flux is in order of ΔPμ,R m and MLSS. When the process parameters vary from -50% to 0,the sensitivity of membrane flux parameters is μ,ΔP,R m and MLSS.
