The influencing factors in the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater by A2/O-MBR combined process and their effect

摘要:

采用A2/O-MBR组合工艺处理高浓度有机废水, 结果表明, 系统对COD、NH3-N、SS的去除率分别达到97%、96.8%、95.3%。当系统污泥负荷为0.40~0.55 kg/(kg.d)时, COD去除率随污泥负荷升高而上升。当抽停时间分别为12、4 min时, 系统能保持膜过滤性能的稳定。膜过滤阻力随运行时间的增加呈线性增长, 在一定条件下, 膜过滤阻力随膜通量增加而明显增大, 膜通量为13.6 L/(m2·h)时的膜过滤阻力上升速率要远小于膜通量为22.1 L/(m2·h)时的情况。

Abstract:

The combined process of A2/O and MBR has been applied to the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater.The results indicate that the A2/O-MBR process has a good treatment effect on high-concentration organic wastewater.Its removing rates of COD, NH3-N and SS are 97%, 96.8% and 95.3%, respectively.When the sludge loading of the system is 0.40-0.55 kg/(kg·d), its COD removing rate exhibits an upward trend, rising with the rise of sludge loading.As the suction/suspended time is 12 min and 4 min respectively, the system can maintain the stability of membrane filtration performance.The membrane filtration resistance exhibits positive linear growth with the increase of running time.Under certain conditions, membrane filtration resistance increases significantly with the increase of membrane flux.When the membrane flux is 13.6 L/(m2·h), the rising speed of membrane filtration resistance is much smaller than that of the membrane filtration resistance, when the membrane flux is 22.1 L/(m2·h).
