多点进水与多点化学除磷强化脱氮除磷工程实例

摘要:

重庆市某污水处理厂主要包括污水处理单元、污泥处理单元和臭气处理单元。污水处理采用改良型A2/O+砂滤池工艺,采取预缺氧池与缺氧池多点进水方式强化反硝化脱氮,采取旋流沉砂池与好氧池尾端多点除磷方式强化化学除磷。污泥处理采用重力浓缩+机械脱水+水泥窑处理工艺。臭气处理采用吸风+收集+处理+净化排出的生物过滤法工艺,处理后的废气优于《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554-1993)要求。对工程设计、调试运行、设计特点及存在的问题与建议进行了介绍,该工程经调试运行后,出水水质显著优于一级A排放标准,部分指标达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅲ类标准。

Abstract:

A sewage treatment plant in Chongqing city mainly contained sewage treatment unit, sludge treatment unit and odor treatment unit. Modified A2/O and sand filter process was used in the sewage treatment, the multi-point influent mode of pre-anoxic tank and anoxic tank was adopted to strengthen nitrogen removal by denitrification, and the multi-point phosphorus removal mode of swirl grit chamber and the end of aerobic tank were adopted to strengthen chemical phosphorus removal. Gravity concentration+mechanical dehydration+cement kiln treatment process was used in the sludge treatment. Biological filtration method of suction+collection+treatment+purification was used in the odor treatment, and the exhaust gas of treated was better than Odor Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB 14554-1993). Engineering design, debugging operation, design features, as well as the existing problems and suggestions in the design were introduced. After debugging and operation, the effluent quality was significantly better than the emission standard of the first level A, and some indicators met the class Ⅲ standard of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002).
