摘要: 我国大部分循环冷却水系统使用的是磷系水处理剂,但含磷废水的排放会污染水环境,破坏生态平衡。为达到排放标准,同时针对大庆炼化公司中水回用于循环水系统的水质特点,由中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司自主研发了无磷药剂。一系列的试验及现场应用证明,该无磷药剂的处理效果完全能够达到《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB/T 50050—2007)的技术要求,排水可以达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—2002)的一级排放标准。既减轻了循环水处理压力,又节约了循环水排放的处理成本。

Abstract: Phosphorous-based water treatment agents have been used in most of circulating cooling water systems in China,but the discharge of phosphorus-bearing wastewater can pollute the water environment and destroy the ecolo-gical balance. To achieve the discharge standard,and aiming at the water quality characteristics of the reclaimed water reused in circulating water systems,in Daqing Refinery & Chemicals Co.,China,a kind of phosphorus-free agent has been researched and developed independently by CenerTech Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd.,China. A series of experiments and field application show that the treatment effect of this phosphorus-free agent can perfectly reach the technical requirement specified in the "Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment"(GB/T 50050-2007),and drainage reach the First-level discharge standard,specified in the "Inte-grated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978-2002). It can not only reduces the treatment pressure of circula-ting water,but also save the treatment costs of circulating water discharge.
