余热锅炉蒸发器腐蚀原因分析及化学清洗

Cause analysis on the evaporator corrosion of waste heat boiler and chemical cleaning

摘要: 通过水压试验发现,某燃机余热锅炉蒸发器存在多处漏点。结合该锅炉的炉型布置、运行情况及停炉保养情况,分析得出蒸发器发生腐蚀的主要原因。根据炉型及蒸发器管道腐蚀的特点,设计出合理的化学清洗方案,取得了预期的清洗效果。

Abstract: It was found through water pressure tests that there had been many leaking sources on the waste heat boi-ler evaporator of a combustion engine. Based on the layout of the boiler type,running situation and maintenance state during its shutdown period,the main cause of the evaporator corrosion is obtained through analysis. According to the characteristics of the type of boiler and the corrosion of evaporator tubes,a reasonable project on chemical cleaning has been designed and the expected cleaning effect achieved.
