某锅炉水冷壁爆管原因分析

摘要:

近年来锅炉水冷壁管爆管现象频有发生。对某台锅炉水冷壁管爆口进行宏观形貌检查、金相组织分析、拉伸性能试验及硬度检验,并对爆口管进行结垢腐蚀评价和垢样能谱分析。结果表明,水冷壁管爆管的直接原因为炉管沉积物下介质浓缩发生氢腐蚀。炉管沉积结垢的原因在于,凝汽器管渗漏、未执行锅炉定期排污、机组水汽循环不良、机组停(备)用保护执行不到位、机组冷态启动期间水汽指标不合格、检修未严格执行水冷壁割管检查要求等。建议根据锅炉清洗间隔年限及垢量,及时进行化学清洗;落实水冷壁受热面过热、结焦及水循环情况检查;启机时加强机组冷态启动期间水汽品质监督;停机时提高机组停(备)用保护执行力;检修时全面落实水冷壁割管检查,运行时做好锅炉排污及凝汽器渗漏预防处理工作。

Abstract:

In recent years, water-cooled wall tube bursts of boiler often occur. Macroscopic morphological observation, metallographic examination, tensile test, hardness test of a boiler water-cooled wall tube burst were carried out. The scale corrosion evaluation and energy spectrum analysis of tube burst were analyzed. The results showed that immediate cause of water-cooled wall tube burst was hydrogen corrosion due to the concentration of media under coil deposits. The reasons for deposition and fouling in furnace tube were, leakage of condenser tube, failure to regularly discharge, poor circulation of water vapor in unit, inadequate implementation of shutdown(standby) protection of unit, unqualified water vapor index during cold start-up of unit, failure to strictly inspection of water-cooled wall cutting tube during maintenance. It was recommended to carry out chemical cleaning in time according to the interval of boiler cleaning and amount of scale, inspection of overheating, coking and water circulation on heating surface of water-cooled wall, strengthen water vapor quality supervision during cold start-up of the unit, improve the protection execution of the unit in shutdown (standby). During maintenance, the water-cooled wall pipe cutting inspection should be carried out comprehensively,and the boiler sewage and condenser leakage prevention and treatment should be done during operation.
