锅炉水汽中有机物高温分解和腐蚀特性研究

Research on the pyrolysis and corrosion characteristics of organic matter in boiler water vapor

摘要: 水汽中有机物的存在是造成热力系统腐蚀的重要原因,严重影响机组的安全经济运行,研究锅炉水汽中有机物的高温分解特性以及对系统的腐蚀特性十分必要。通过高压釜动态模拟试验分析了电厂锅炉水汽中有机物分解特性,利用XRD、SEM等手段研究了不同温度下指示试片的腐蚀特征和腐蚀产物成分。结果表明,高温下水汽中有机物分解会在金属表面产生不同程度的腐蚀,腐蚀程度受水样pH的影响比较明显。提高水汽pH可以减轻有机物对金属表面的腐蚀。

Abstract: The existence of organic matter in water vapor is an important cause of corrosion in thermodynamic system,which has a strong impact on the safe and economic operation of the unit. Thus,it is quite necessary to investigate the pyrolysis characteristic and corrosion characteristic of organic matter in boiler water vapor. The decomposition characteristic of organic matter in the boiler water vapor in an electric power plant has been analyzed by highpressure autoclave dynamic simulation experiments. The corrosion characteristics and components of corrosion products on indicating test coupons under different temperature condition have been investigated by means of SEM and XRD. The results show that under high temperature condition,the decomposition of organic mater in water vapor can cause different degrees of corrosion on metal surfaces. The influence of water samples pH on corrosion degree is comparatively obvious. Raising the pH of water vapor can alleviate the degree of corrosion on metal surfaces caused by organic matter.
