摘要: 探讨了复合有机阻垢剂的作用机理和阻垢性能评定方法,重点对腐殖酸钠复合水处理剂在工业锅炉中的应用进行了现场跟踪及检测研究,为复合有机阻垢剂的实际应用及效果评定提供了经验参考。应用实践表明,《工业锅炉水质》(GB/T 1576—2008)针对采用复合有机阻垢剂的工业锅炉存在一定的不适用性。该研究可为《工业锅炉水质》标准将来的修订提供一些数据和实例参考。

Abstract: The mechanisms of compound organic scale inhibitors and the assessment methods for their inhibition performances are discussed. The application of sodium humate compound water treatment agent to industrial boilers has been traced and detected on site emphatically,providing experiential reference for the practical application and effect assessment of compound organic scale inhibitors. The application practice shows that the Standard of Water Quality of Industrial Boilers(GB/T 1576—2008)aiming at the application of compound organic scale inhibitors to industrial boilers has certain inapplicability. This research provides some reference on data and living examples for the revision of the Standard of Water Quality of Industrial Boilers(GB/T 1576—2008)in the future.
