摘要: 某氮肥企业通过对其各种直排废水进行分析,结合同行业中水回用实际运行经验,采用“三法一体净水”+“双膜法”工艺进行生产废水的回收。实际运行结果表明:该工艺适用于处理高盐、高硬、高COD的废水。废水经去浊除盐后用作循环水补水,提高了循环水的浓缩倍数,减少了循环水排污,整个企业的水系统形成了良性循环,节水减排成效显著。

Abstract: Various kinds of direct-discharged wastewater in a nitrogen fertilizer enterprise are analyzed. Combined with actual reclaimed water reuse experiences in fellow trades,the“three-method integrated water purification”+ “double-membrane”process has been used for the recovery of industrial wastewater. The results from actual operation show that this method is suitable for treating the wastewater containing high salinity,high hardness and high COD. After being treated by salinity and turbidity removing processes,the wastewater is used as make-up water of circulating cooling water. The concentration multiple of the circulating water is increased,and the effluent discharged from the circulating water is decreased. The water systems of the whole enterprise form virtuous cycle,and the effect of water saving and emission reduction is remarkable.
