摘要:
对某钢铁企业大型双膜法中水回用系统进行了升级改造,介绍了系统改造前存在的问题、改造方法、改造后系统的运营效果。运营结果表明:该中水回用系统经专业的技术改造及运营方案实施后,解决了原系统存在的运行问题,实现了超滤(UF)系统水回收率≥92%、反渗透(RO)系统水回收率>75%、系统产水电导率<100 µS/cm、系统产水量>3.2万t/d的目标。该钢铁企业双膜法中水回用系统的成功改造与运营,为其他类似钢铁企业水处理与回用系统的升级改造起到良好的示范效应。

Abstract:
The double membrane water reuse system in a large-scale steel enterprise was upgraded. The operation problems before modification,modification methods,operation effects after modification of the double membrane water reuse system were introduced. The operation results showed that the operation problems existing in the original water reuse system had been solved after professional technical transformation and operation scheme implementation,achieving water recovery rate of ultrafiltration system not less than 92%,water recovery of reverse osmosis system more than 75%,water producing conductivity less than 100 µS/cm,water yield of water reuse system more than 32 000 t/d. The successful transformation and operation of the double membrane reclaimed water reuse system in steel enterprise played a good demonstration effect for other similar iron and steel enterprises.
