超滤和反渗透技术在电厂中水回用中的应用

Application of ultra-filtration and reverse osmosis technologies to the reuse of reclaimed water in power plants

摘要: 为将中水回用于电厂生产,做到节约用水、节能降耗,提出预处理+机械过滤+超滤+反渗透技术的工艺设计方案,选用PLC为控制器,组态王为上位机监控软件的自动控制技术,实现电厂中水回用系统优化控制。实际运行结果表明,该方法能有效去除中水中污染物,对COD、悬浮物、氨氮、氯离子、总硬度、电导率去除率分别达到97.96%、99.36%、98.8%、99.39%、97.42%、99.56%,控制系统运行稳定,出水水质优良,满足设计要求。

Abstract: In order to reuse reclaimed water for power plant production,implement water saving,energy saving,and cost reducing,a process design scheme of pretreatment+mechanical filtration+ultra-filtration+reverse osmosis technology has been proposed,using PLC as its controller,and its Kingview as the automatic control technique of PC monitoring software,so as to achieve the optimization and control of the reclaimed water reuse. The actual operation results show that this method can effectively remove pollutants from reclaimed water. The removing rates of COD, suspended solids,ammonia nitrogen,chlorine ion,total hardness,and electrical conductivity can reach 97.96%, 99.36%,98.8%,99.39%,97.42%,and 99.56%,respectively. In short,the control system is stable,and the effluent water quality is excellent,meeting the designed requirements.
