磷酸铵镁法优化某发动机厂废水氨氮去除效果

Effect of magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP) method on the optimization of removing ammonia nitrogen from wastewater in an engine production works

摘要: 某柴油发动机厂污水站实际进水氨氮值远高于设计进水氨氮值,设计工艺无法承受高氨氮负荷,导致实际出水氨氮值有不达标风险。经研究选择采用磷酸铵镁沉淀法进行优化。经过实验室小试分析,确认pH=9.5,药剂投加配比n(Mg2+)∶n(N)∶n(PO43-)=1.4∶1∶1为最优。实际运行后,氨氮去除效果较好,能确保生化处理后实际出水氨氮<20 mg/L,符合当地经济技术开发区污水处理厂接管标准。

Abstract: The actual influent ammonia nitrogen value in the wastewater station of a diesel engine works has been much higher than the designed ammonia nitrogen value. The designed process could not bear high ammonia nitrogen loads,causing the actual effluent ammonia nitrogen value to take the risk of not reaching the set standard. Magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP) precipitation method has been selected and used for its optimization. Through bench scale experiments and analyses,it is confirmed that the pH is 9.5,the best dosing ratio of chemicals is n(Mg2+)∶n(N)∶n(PO43-)=1.4∶1∶1. After actual operation,the removing effect on ammonia nitrogen is relatively good,being able to ensure that after biochemical treatment,the actual effluent ammonia nitrogen is less than 20 mg/L, which complies with the take-over standard for local wastewater treatment plants in the economic and technological development zone.
