UASB厌氧氨氧化工艺多指标正交试验与数学模拟

Multi-index orthogonal test and mathematical simulation of UASB anaerobic ammonium oxidation process

摘要: 通过正交试验对UASB厌氧氨氧化工艺的影响因素进行量化评价,探索该工艺的最优因素水平,并建立各因素与氨氮去除率的数学模型,对影响规律实现定量分析。正交试验结果表明,各因素的主次顺序为DO > HRT > 葡萄糖 > pH > NaHCO3 > 温度。最佳反应条件:DO为0.1~0.3 mg/L,葡萄糖为50 mg/L,NaHCO3为0.5 g/L,pH为8,温度为26℃,HRT为9 h。多因素模型得出氨氮去除率与各因素之间的数学方程式:Fx1x2x3x4x5x6)=f1x1-2.227 3·f2x21.186 6· f3x3-0.001 2·f4x41.109 2·f5x50.716 1·f6x60.157 8

Abstract: By orthogonal test,the quantitative evaluation on the influencing factors of UASB anaerobic ammonium oxi-dation process has been implemented,the optimum level of the process explored,the mathematical model of each fa-ctor and ammonia nitrogen removing rate established,and quantitative analysis of the influence law accomplished. The orthogonal test results show that the sequence of the factors is DO > HRT > glucose > pH > NaHCO3 > temperature. The opti-mum reaction conditions are as follows:DO is 0.1-0.3 mg/L,glucose 50 mg/L,sodium bicarbonate 0.5 g/L,pH 8,te-mperature 26℃,and HRT 9 h. The equation between the removing rate of ammonia nitrogen and various factors is ob-tained by the multi-factor model F(x1,x2,x3,x4,x5,x6)=f1(x1)-2.227 3·f2(x2)1.186 6· f3(x3)-0.001 2·f4(x4)1.109 2·f5(x5)0.716 1·f6(x6)0.157 8.
