三维电极电解法处理氨氮废水的研究

Research on the three-dimensional electrode electrolysis method for the treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater

摘要: 以钛(Ti)为阴极,钌铱涂层钛(Ru-Ti-Ir)为阳极,活性炭为导电粒子,制作三维电极反应器,电化学氧化高浓度氨氮废水。考察了Na2SO4浓度、电压、氯离子浓度和氨氮初始质量浓度等因素对电解过程的影响,并分析了三维电极电解机理。结果表明:在氨氮初始质量浓度为300 mg/L、Na2SO4浓度为0.15 mol/L、电解电压为20 V、氯离子质量浓度为1 g/L条件下,反应120 min后氨氮去除率可达到84.2%。在此条件下与二维电极电解实验进行对比,发现三维电极对氨氮的去除率明显高于二维电极。三维电极对氨氮废水的处理效果明显,为其实际应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Three-dimensional electrode reactor has been made from Ti as cathode,Ru-Ti-Ir as anode and active car-bon as conducting particle,and the highly concentrated ammonia nitrogen wastewater treated by the electrochemical oxidation process. The influences of the factors,such as the concentration of Na2SO4,voltage,concentration of Cl-,ini-tial mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen,etc.,have been investigated and,three-dimensional electrode electroly-sis mechanisms analyzed. The experimental results indicate that when the mass concentration of wastewater is 300 mg/L,concentration of Na2SO4 0.15 mol/L,electrolysis voltage 20 V,and chloride mass concentration 1 g/L, the re-moving rate of ammonium nitrogen reaches 84.2% after reacted for 2 hours. Under these conditions,compared with the two-dimensional electrode electrolysis experiments,it is found that the removing rate of ammonia nitrogen by three-dimensional electrode is obviously higher than that of two-dimensional electrode. The treatment effect of three-dimensional electrode on ammonia nitrogen wastewater is significant,which provides a theoretical basis for its prac-tical applications.
