中温条件下浮渣厌氧消化的可行性研究

Research on the feasibility of scum anaerobic digestion at moderate temperature

摘要: 为有效处置常温酸奶生产过程中产生的浮渣,将新鲜浮渣在80℃下热预处理2 h,以自制菌剂为种子污泥,在中温(37℃)条件下进行厌氧消化。结果发现:经过30 d的中温厌氧消化,总固体和挥发性固体的去除率分别为36.8%、52%,TCOD和SCOD的去除率分别为76%、87%。中温厌氧消化可实现乳制品浮渣的减量化、稳定化、无害化的处置目标。

Abstract: To effectively dispose the scum brought about from the production of normal temperature yogurt,it is su-ggested that the fresh scum should be subject to thermo pretreatment at 80℃ for 2 hours,and anaerobic digestion at moderate temperature(37℃) using home-made microbial inocula as seed sludge. The results show that after a 30-day moderate temperature anaerobic digestion,the removing rates of total solids and volatile solids are 36.8% and 52%, respectively,the removing rates of total chemical oxygen demand and dissolved chemical oxygen demand are 76% and 87%,respectively. The moderate temperature anaerobic digestion can achieve the disposal goal of minimizing,stabilizing and harmlessness for diary products.
