MnO2‒RuO2/CFS复合电极制备及其电氧化性能研究

Preparation and electro oxidation performance of MnO2‒RuO2/ CFS composite electrode

摘要:

采用电沉积法制备MnO2?RuO2/CFS(碳纤维布)复合电极,利用SEM、XRD、循环伏安测试等对制备的电极进行了表征,并通过降解高氯亚甲基蓝模拟废水实验,考察了制备电极的电化学氧化性能及影响因素。结果表明:MnO2?RuO2/CFS复合电极上分布着密集粗糙的MnO2和RuO2纳米晶体,可提高氯离子利用率和降解效率;与纯碳纤维布、RuO2/CFS电极相比,MnO2?RuO2/CFS复合电极的电化学氧化能力更强,降解亚甲基蓝具有更高的脱色率和COD去除率。通过SPSS优化可以得到MnO2?RuO2/CFS复合电极处理亚甲基蓝废水的最佳条件:初始亚甲基蓝质量浓度550 mg/L,NaCl质量浓度20 g/L,电流密度90 mA/cm2,电解时间60 min,在此条件下,COD去除率达到95.90%。降解反应符合一级反应动力学。

Abstract:

MnO2?RuO2/CFS(carbon fiber cloth)composite electrode was prepared by electrodeposition. The prepared electrode was characterized by SEM, XRD and cyclic voltammetry, and the electrochemical oxidation performance and its influencing factors of the electrode were investigated by degrading methylene blue simulated wastewater containing high concentration of chloride. The results showed that dense and rough MnO2 and RuO2 nanocrystals were distributed on MnO2?RuO2/CFS composite electrode,which could improve the utilization of chloride ions and degradation efficiency. Compared with pure carbon fiber cloth and RuO2/CFS electrode, MnO2?RuO2/CFS composite electrode had stronger electrochemical oxidation ability and higher decolorization rate and COD removal rate for the degradation of methylene blue. The optimum conditions by SPSS for the treatment of methylene blue wastewater with MnO2?RuO2/CFS composite electrode were as follows:the initial mass concentration of methylene blue 550 mg/L,the mass concentration of NaCl 20 g/L,the current density 90 mA/cm2,and the electrolysis time 60 min. Under these conditions,the COD removal rate reached 95.90%,and the degradation reaction was accorded with the first-order reaction kinetics.
