摘要: 火电厂锅炉给水系统化学加药主要是通过加氨维持pH在一定的碱性范围内,从而达到防止热力设备发生腐蚀的目的。目前,电厂主要是通过外购质量分数25%左右的桶装氨水进行配药,经常会发生由于外购氨水质量不合格而将杂质带入系统,导致水汽品质变差的问题。采用脱硝氨气全自动配制氨水的方法,不仅保证了氨水的品质,同时没有刺激性气味,降低了安全风险,节约了运营费用。

Abstract: The addition of chemicals to boiler water supply systems in thermal power plants is mainly by ammonia adding process,so as to maintain pH in a certain alkaline ranges. Thus,the purpose of preventing the thermal equipment from corrosion can be achieved. At present,power plants mainly buy barreled ammonia water(whose concentration is around 25%) through outsourcing for chemical preparation. Since the ammonia water bought through outsourcing are often unqualified,bringing impurities to the systems,therefore poor water vapor quality occurs as a result. The method of ammonia water prepared completely and automatically from denitration ammonia gas has been used. It not only guarantees the ammonia water quality,but also has no pungent odor,reduces the security risk and saves running expenses.
