两级AO砾间接触氧化工艺治理重度黑臭水体研究

Treating severe black and odorous water by two-stage AO gravel contact oxidation process

摘要:

为提高两级AO型砾间接触氧化工艺治理重度黑臭水体的运行效能,探究了系统的最佳水力停留时间(HRT)、内回流比和进水量分配比,并研究不同功能区的污染物降解规律。结果表明:(1)系统最佳运行参数为HRT10 h,内回流比200%,进水量分配比6∶4。在此工况下,单位时间处理水量较启动期增加20%,COD和TN去除率分别为88%和55%,较启动期分别增加了18%和15%,NH4 +-N去除率稳定在90%左右。(2)内回流比适度增大提供更多NO3 --N促进第一级AO反硝化,进水量分配比增大能够优化反硝化碳源供给,从而提升系统TN去除率。研究表明优化后两级AO型砾间接触氧化工艺对重度黑臭水体有较好的处理能力和较好的脱氮除碳效果。

Abstract:

In order to improve the operating efficiency of the two-stage AO-type gravel contact oxidation process to treat severe black and odorous water bodies,the optimal hydraulic retention time(HRT),internal reflux ratio and influent water distribution ratio of the treatment system were investigated. And the pollutant degradation laws in different functional areas were also studied. The results showed that the best operating parameters of the system were:HRT was 10 h,internal reflux ratio was 200%,influent water distribution ratio was 6∶4. Under this working condition,the treated water volume per unit time increased by 20% compared with the start-up period,and the removal rates of CODand TN were 88% and 55%,respectively,which increased by 18% and 15% compared with the start-up period. The removal rate of NH4 +-N stabilized at about 90%. A moderate increase in internal reflux ratio provided more NO3 --N to promote the first-stage AO denitrification,and an increase in influent water distribution ratio could optimize the supply of carbon source for denitrification,thereby increasing the TN removal rate of the system. Research showed that the optimized two-stage AO-type gravel contact oxidation process had greater processing capacity and better denitrification and carbon removal effects on severe black and odorous water bodies.
