异养硝化-好氧反硝化菌的研究进展

摘要:

近年来发现了一类具有异养硝化-好氧反硝化功能的细菌,其能够实现同步硝化反硝化(SND)的特性引起了人们广泛的关注。研究表明,异养硝化-好氧反硝化菌具有良好的脱氮性能,并且与传统脱氮过程相比,其N2O释放量占总脱氮量的比例可低至0.04%,COD的去除率有所提高。综述了影响异养硝化-好氧反硝化菌脱氮性能的因素,以及该菌在N2O生物控逸方面的应用,并提出了未来对异养硝化-好氧反硝化应用研究的方向。

Abstract:

A kind of bacteria with heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification capacities has been found in recent years,and its feature of realizing nitrification and denitrification simultaneously(SND) has gained widespread attention. The results show that this kind of bacteria shows a good denitrification capacity. Compared with traditional denitrification,its N2O releasing rate is as low as 0.04% of the general denitrification percentage,and the removing rate of COD has somewhat increased. The factors that affect the denitrification capacity of heterotrophic nitrificationaerobic denitrification bacteria,and the application of these bacteria to the bio-control of N2O emission are summarizd.And the future application and research directions of heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification are brought forward.
