Article Quality: Articles must be innovative, with clear arguments, reliable data, concise wording, and comply with standardization and normalization requirements for academic papers.

Word Limit: Theoretical research articles and review articles should preferably be under 12,000 words (including title, abstract, main text, and references); experimental research articles should not exceed 10,000 words, while articles focusing on analysis and monitoring, engineering cases, and experience sharing should be around 8,000 words.

2.  Article Title

3.  Authors and Affiliations

Author names should be provided according to the national relevant standards. If authors are from different institutions, distinguish them using superscript numbers. Please indicate the corresponding author in the section of Author Biography at the end of the article.

4.  Abstract

The abstract should encapsulate the main points of the text. Abstracts for review and theoretical research articles should primarily include the objective, main content, conclusions, and prospects of the future research; for articles reporting experimental research, engineering cases, analysis and monitoring, and experience sharing, the abstract should clearly state the research objective, methods, results, and conclusions, highlighting the innovations of the article.

Abstracts should be as concise as possible, and potentially omit the research background; data in the abstract should be the most crucial and relevant; do not need to self-promote research results; no graphical data should appear in the abstract; content in the abstract should appear in the main text, and the abstract should not supplement or modify the original text; any abbreviations used in the abstract should be spelled out in full upon first use; Chinese abstracts should be generally around 400 Chinese Characters, with a more flexible requirement (but not less than 300 words) for articles reporting engineering cases, analysis and monitoring, and experience sharing.

Avoid using words like "this article," "the author," and "we."

The main text should be concise. Abbreviations should be spelled out upon first use in the main text; Chinese characters and English should be written according to standard rules, using Songti and Times New Roman fonts, respectively; measurement units should adhere to the "Legal Metrological Units of the People's Republic of China" (SI), and obsolete physical quantities should not be used; formulas and chemical equations should be centered separately; structural formulas should not be inserted into the text and should be written in the form of compound names and molecular formulas.

Article level numbering should be in Arabic numerals and arranged in the "1," "1.1," "1.1.1" format, arranging up to three-level headings, and below that, expressions like (1), (2), (3) could be used.

Titles of figures and tables should be provided in both Chinese and English. Color figures are acceptable and should be consistently sized, generally not exceeding 7 cm×5 cm, with all letters and words in the figure being of uniform size.
