稳定性二氧化氯溶液为推广应用二氧化氯创造了条件。文中提供了一种通过制备二氧化氯非水溶液生产稳定性二氧化氯的新方法。该法避免了ClO2气体的稀释和输送，减少了损失，提高了安全性。
Abstract:
The stabilized chlorine dioxide solut io n benef its the w ide use of chlo rine dioxide as disinfectant and germicide. T his paper pro vides a new technology of producing the stabilized chlorine dioxide solution by preparing the non-aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide. Thus the dilut io n and tr ansportation of g aseous chlo rine dio xide are avoided, the loss of chlorine dioxide is decreased and the safety in preparation is increased.
