摘要:

提出了采用从驯化成熟的废水中分离培养的混合菌种做接种液测定废水生化需氧量(BOD5)的方法。此方法比直接用废水或驯化废水做接种液作定的BOD5的重复性有显着提高,而精密度则无显着变化。混合菌液可扩大培养低温保存,重复使用。

Abstract:

The BOD5 is an important index in effluent monitoring.But the repeatability of the test results is poor, and the error is big, because the species and the number of the micro-organisim in the seeding solution is uneven. A new method is proposed which uses a mixed inoculum selected and cultured from the acclimatedeffluent as seeding solution to determine the BOD5.The repeatability of the test results increased significantly, but the accuracy has no changes compared with that of seeding with the waste water or the acclimated effluent directly. The inoculum can be cultured and preserved at low temperature, so that it can be used repeatedly.
