电渗析浓水回用于循环水系统的水处理技术研究

摘要:

研究了适用于将电渗析浓水回用于工业循环冷却水系统的技术,试验结果表明,可以满足工艺要求,为工业废水电渗析浓水的回用进行了有益的探索。

Abstract:

A new method for recycling electr odialysis strong brine is introduced. It consists of advanced water treatment chemicals and techno logy correspondingly. When people produce purewater by electr odialysis, they will get alarge amount of those by-product wastewater electrodi alysis strong brine which is very difficult to be reused. So they normally cast it away. Now using our technical method, the much more corrosive brine whose total Cl-and SO4 2-as high as 800 mg/ L, can be reused by putting it into industrial cooling water system. Testing results show that treatment effect can arrive at the ‘Good Grade’in SINOPEC standards either anti-corrosionor scale inhibition.
