摘要:

研究制定了琼脂单向径向扩散法测定聚铁中铁(Ⅲ)的方法。其原理是将沉淀剂亚铁氰化钾均匀分布于琼脂糖凝胶中,胶板上打孔,聚铁加入孔内,铁(Ⅲ)便以环状向凝胶内扩散,并不断地与沉淀剂反应,形成蓝色环状沉淀,由环的大小,从标准曲线上量得铁(Ⅲ)的含量。该法具有操作简单、快速的优点,可用于聚铁样品的测定,效果满意。

Abstract:

To determine Ferrum in PFS by single radial diffusion inagar, the principle is to put to nomogemize PotassiumFerricyanide that is preciptant in to gel of agarose, then make ahole in the gel board and add PFS in it. So Ferrum(Ⅲ) isdiffused into gel ring, it'reacts with the precipitant and becomesblue precipitant ring. Finally we can know the content ofFerrum(Ⅲ) on the standard curve by the size of the ring. Themethod is simple and rapid in determination.
