This paper introduces the origin of powdered activated carbon in addition to the activated sludge treatment (PACTTM),technical process,characteristic and different PACTTMmechanisms.The paper also introduces the dynamic models of the removal of organic priority pollutants by PACTTM.In the end,several problems which should be noticed in applying PACTTMhave been discussed
